2022 Band Reunion

Join us for the 2022 Band Reunion, Friday June 17-Saturday June 18!

By completing this registration form, you hereby authorize Ithaca College and those acting pursuant to its authority to: 

• Record your likeness, voice, and/or performance during the Alumni Band Reunion Concert in video, audio, digital, electronic, or any other medium (“ the Recordings”)
• Use your name in connection with the Recordings
• Use, reproduce, exhibit or distribute in any medium the Recordings for any purpose that the College deems appropriate, including but not limited to commercial use and promotional or advertising efforts. 

In exchange for being allowed to participate in the event, you agree that the College may undertake any uses described herein without any other compensation other consideration to you. You hereby release the College and those acting pursuant to its authority from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right or against any other interest you may have in connection with such use of any Recording. You understand that the rights in all Recordings shall remain solely owned by Ithaca College. You have read and fully understand the terms of this release.
