Please use this form to nominate an individual for one of the awards listed below. Carefully review the criteria each nominee should meet here. Please reference the complete list of previous winners before submitting a nomination.

Please note: The Awards Committee receives more than 100 nominations each year. Please take the time to review the criteria for each award before making your nomination. Self-nominations will not be considered. Nominations that do not meet the eligibility requirements will not be considered.

Please send additional suppporting materials to alumni@ithaca.edu. Nominations without supporting details or materials will not be considered. Be as specific as you can with details about your nominee's achievements and contributions to the community and/or to IC. 

Nominations for the 2025 Alumni Awards will close on September 16, 2024.
