55th Reunion

Can you believe it's been 55 years since you graduated from Ithaca College?! We can't think of a better way to celebrate than by coming back to Ithaca and seeing all of your friends, and we hope you'll join us for Alumni Homecoming Weekend. This is the year to celebrate class years ending in 5 or 0 AND 1 and 6, including the class of 1955 and the class of 1956.

We're excited to rally many of the downtown alumni to come to campus this year! Some of us attended IC during the transition years; we rode the shuttle and were among the first students to take classes on the South Hill campus. We're looking forward to sharing our memories with the South Hill alumni and, of course, reminiscing with each other about "the shack," "Bretz Boxes," the snack bar at Boardman House, the Little Theatre, and other memories from our downtown experience.

What do you remember most fondly? Alumni Homecoming Weekend is a perfect opportunity to share these memories, see classmates you haven't been with in a while, remember those no longer with us, and create new memories to look back on.

If you know of alumni who have not kept in touch with Ithaca College, please encourage them to update their contact information.

You can help tremendously, too, by simply spreading the word about Alumni Homecoming Weekend. Could you take the time now to pass this information along to five of your IC friends? We can't have a successful reunion without our alumni!

We're really looking forward to celebrating our reunion this summer, and we hope you can make it safely back to Ithaca!
